St. Joseph’s College Tractor Run and Cycle
Rory O Dwyer, Christine O’ Dwyer, Alan and Andrew Ryan, Sharon Doyle and Carmel O’Donoghue
On Sunday 30th December, the Parent’s Council at St. Joseph’s College organised a hugely successful tractor run and cycle from Bishop Quinlan Park, Borrisoleigh. A group of cyclists left the Park at 10am for a 70km spin around North Tipperary before returning to school canteen for refreshments.
Our sincere thanks to all who took part.
From early in the morning, the tractors started to gather. It was spectacular to watch as over seventy participants left the Park, in a selection of vintage and modern tractors. There was a fantastic atmosphere as many of our students past and present supported the event. Your support is greatly appreciated.
We wish to extend a sincere thank you to everyone for their support in this great event; to all who donated spot prizes and raffle prizes, who bought tickets or came out to support us. To our Parent’s Council for yet again surpassing all expectations with their organisation and catering skills.
A particular thanks must be extended to Rory O’Dwyer and his team of Alan and Andrew Ryan for their expertise and guidance.
Your kindness and generosity to our school makes all the difference.
