Welcome back to Scoil Naomh Cualán.

We look forward to welcoming everybody back to school on September 1st. We extend a particular welcome to our new pupils and families, especially those who are coming to our school for the first time. All are really looking forward to a happy and exciting school year ahead.

We remind parents of the Junior and Senior Infants that school will finish at 12.15 each day for the first two weeks to assist pupils in settling back to school.

All Ireland: Best of luck to everyone involved with Tipperary hurling this weekend. As you we all know we have great representation involved on Sunday and we will all be cheering them on and hoping they all do their best.

The club is represented by Brendan Maher who is captain, Dan McCormack and Paddy Stapleton on the senior panel. Conor Stakelum serves as selector while Mick Clohessy is team masseur. Jerry Kelly is a member of the minor panel who line out in the curtain raiser and Michael Bevans (née Toomevara) is a coach for the minors.
We encourage all people to put out any flags and buntings they have to show their support for the lads.

Our junior A team was defeated in the north championship on Saturday ending their interest in the competition.
