Borris-Ileigh Camogie Notes
It is with deep sorrow and shock that this week we learned of the untimely passing of our club stalwart Martin Hayes. Martin was a dedicated member of our club and trained teams at U12, U14/16 and was currently our Senior camogie manager. His gentle nature and patience will be remembered by the children that he trained for many years to come. We will miss him greatly in the club and the whole community where he could always be found in The Park either training teams or maintaining the grounds.
Tributes and sympathies have been communicated to us from many Tipperary camogie clubs and for this we are appreciative. It shows the high esteem that was held for Martin in his manner and dealings with opposing teams.
Our deepest sympathy to his wife Helen, the Hayes and Ryan family and his many friends far and wide.
Ar dheis De go raibh a anam.

Borris-Ileigh GAA Notes
Condolences:
Borris-Ileigh GAA Club would like to express deep sadness at the untimely death of club stalwart Martin Hayes. Martin’s loss simply cannot be put into words. A massive part of our club both on and off the field representing the club at every level from juvenile to senior. Current Manager of both our U16 hurlers and Senior camogie teams, Martin was an ever present figure in The Park and gave countless hours of his own free time to our club in both coaching, fundraising and maintenance over the years. His immeasurable loss will leave a huge hole in our club and he will be sorely missed. We extend our deepest sympathies to his wife Helen, brother Robert, sisters Mary, Hannah and all his friends and family at this most difficult time. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam.
